Attached is a patch to compile the current ApCoCoALib-devel repo with MSVC based on CoCoALib 0.99.25.

I had to make an explicit type cast in AVIUtilities. The MSVC compiler complains that the sqrt() function can't take a size_t argument.

[ Hmmm this throws up the question: Is the word 'complain' the 'root' of the word 'compiler'??? ]

Please check and apply to repo.
