Release of ApCoCoA-1.3: October 16th 2009

Since ApCoCoA-1.3:
  • a new GUI based on Eclipse featuring
    • Syntax highlighting
    • Code Completion
    • Full text search on the help pages
    • Integrated automatic updates
    • CVS integration
    • and many more ...
  • an extended version of the Weyl algebra package
  • additional support for CryptoMinisat
  • additional methods for spares matrices
  • new variants of the approximate Buchberger Moeller algorithm (ABM)
    • extended ABM for direct approximation of 1-D time series data
    • BB ABM for computation of an appBB with leading border coefficients one
    • speed up of all algorithms
  • a prototype implementation of a variant of the Border Basis Algorithm which allows to compute border bases without the need to specify a term ordering
  • additional methods for computations of non-commutative Gröbner Bases

  • a Weyl algebra package
  • an improved version of the approximate Buchberger Moeller algorithm (AVI)
  • additional bertini support (bertini must be downloaded separately)
