Hi, all,
I am wondering whether F4 algorithm computing Groebner basis is implemented in CoCoA5 or previous CoCoA?

Sorry for the delay in replying, we were away last week.
No, there is no F4 implementation in CoCoALib.
There is a prototype F5 implementation.
The new interactive system CoCoA5 is still several months away.
