This manual describes the additional commands ApCoCoA offers at its graphical user interface. Besides the commands documented here, also all commands of CoCoA can be used within ApCoCoA. For documentation regarding these methods, please read the CoCoA Manual.

Some of the articles / commands in this manual are marked as beta versions. These commands may change in the next releases! Also it is more likely to find bugs in these methods, than in others. So please be careful with commands, marked as Beta!
